With a background in Legal Administration, she has worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, and Legal Secretary, providing critical support in fast-paced legal environments and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

In her role as Sr. Executive Secretary at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Carolyn honed her skills in high-level organization, project management, and leadership support within the global hospitality industry. Her ability to balance multiple priorities and
manage complex tasks has been integral to her success across sectors.

As an entrepreneur, Carolyn runs her own business CreationsByUs4You, LLC, where she develops T-shirts, Custom Baskets, Floral Arrangements, and Memorial/Graveside Arrangements, Mobile Notary Services, and Mary Kay Cosmetics, building a loyal
clientele with a keen eye for design and a passion for high-quality service.

In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Carolyn serves as a Compliance Officer at a community-based mental health agency, where she ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and standards critical to the agency’s operations and the well-being of its clients. Her expertise in compliance and her commitment to ethical practices make her a key player in maintaining the agency’s integrity and effectiveness in delivering essential mental health services to the community.

As a resolute volunteer and leader, Carolyn has made meaningful contributions to her church groups, as well as to various community service initiatives. She serves as Secretary of the Board for the Atlanta-based non-profit organization, Lineage and
Legacy Foundation, Inc., focused on empowering youth and supporting community-driven projects, ensuring the organization’s activities align with its mission of service and growth.
